Getting Started
1Choose a Course
Start with "Touch Typing" if you're a beginner. It teaches proper finger placement from the home row up.
2Practice Daily
Spend 15-30 minutes daily on lessons and tests. Consistency is more important than session length.
3Track Progress
Monitor your WPM and accuracy on the Statistics page. Review weak keys and earn certificates.
Typing Posture
Back
Sit upright with your back straight and supported by the chair. Avoid slouching.
Feet
Keep both feet flat on the floor. Avoid crossing your legs or tucking them under.
Wrists
Keep your wrists in a neutral, straight position. Avoid bending them up or down.
Eyes
Position your screen at arm's length. The top of the monitor should be at eye level.

Health Tips
20-20-20 Rule
Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain.
Wrist Stretches
Extend your arm and gently pull fingers back with the other hand. Hold for 15 seconds each direction.
Take Breaks
Stand up, walk around, and stretch every 30 minutes. Short breaks improve focus and prevent repetitive strain.
Hydrate
Keep water nearby and drink regularly. Dehydration can cause fatigue and reduced concentration.
